"Seasons of mists and mellow fruitfulness,
Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun;
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eves run;
To bend with apples the moss’d cottage-trees,
And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core;
To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells
With a sweet kernel; to set budding more,
And still more, later flowers for the bees,
Until they think warm days will never cease,
For Summer has o’er-brimm’d their clammy cells."
John Keats

Actually think you can in my case, have dozens of them in my finished works drawer - really must get around to doing something with them!
Just looked in my waiting to go on folder and I`ve 24 finished paisleys waiting to be chosen, only 3 are autumn :faint: That`s without the dozens in my WIP folder , lately seems to be easier to finish someone`s first half of a collab than any of my unfinished ones :confused:

I have a huge stack of WIP and I don't know what it is with them. SOmetimes I can't leave something alone until it is done and sometimes I get bored half way through. I have ones in there that have sat for years unfinished.

I`ve a drawer with unfinished stuff from when we first moved here, nearly 26 years ago have no idea of what is in it other than a lot of pencil work and cartridge paper I acquired from art college. One of these days I`ll investigate, too frightening to think about but suppose it`ll have to be done before I die (not aiming to just yet but guess I`m 50 soon) and kids clear house. I drew some of naked men back then and think the kids might get a bit of a surprise if they found pictures of my husband and a couple of men they think of as uncles nude!
